So it’s been almost a year ago that my husband and I started our second renovation on our house. It wasn’t exactly in our five year plan to do this renovation, but a storm and a fallen tree propelled us forward. It was an unfortunate event that lead to a beautiful blessing for our family. I think we started the first steps in our demolition somewhere around March. I took pictures of every little step obsessively, first of all, because it’s kind of our thing now. We tear things up and then we make them pretty. At least, that is the goal!
Secondly, I wanted to share this journey with all those of you who have supported the sisters of lifefullandfrugal.com and maybe inspire those of you who are also renovating home, self, faith or life. I believe we are ALL in the midst of some form of renovation at any given point. No matter what aspect of your life is in the midst of renovation, I hope we have been a source of encouragement. May we have eyes to see and ears to hear the Kingdom at work in all those areas under construction!
Be sure to check out the before pictures and the whole story of how this project came about. You can find that in my first blog post on our renovation called My Anthropomorphic House.
I will definitely have a follow-up video with the finished results soon, so STAY TUNED!!!! Come check us out on our YouTube channel so you don’t miss a thing. Don’t forget to subscribe!
God bless you all and enjoy! ~Shanna
