Meet Sierra
Shanna - Life Full and Frugal

About me

Hi, I’m Sierra. I am an office manager for a real estate appraisal company. My older sister and follow blogger, Starla, and I are roommates. We live in a beautiful old log cabin conversion in rural West Central Ohio. I enjoy decorating our home with thrifted and second hand items that bring a feminine touch. My favorite home decor look is a mixture of antique and retro, which creates a uniquely eclectic look in our home. I have also always loved clothing and shoes and putting together my own unique looks. A good capsule wardrobe that can be mixed and matched and dressed up and down with shoes and jewelry makes me very happy. After taking a weekly sewing class, I am nearly done with my first pencil skirt which is in black and white hounds tooth. I also enjoy doing makeup and trying new makeup products and techniques. I enjoy a variety of different music. Reading is definitely one of my favorites pass times. It has enriched my life in so many different ways. Travel is also a huge passion of mine. I have travelled all over the States, Mexico, and in several countries in Europe. After I graduated from high school I lived for a year in Germany as an au pair and I loved it. In the last few years I have found a deep love for flower and veggie gardening. I love getting outside and getting my hands in the dirt. It feels like a form of therapy. Photography is something I enjoy playing around with as well. I really enjoy my time in the kitchen, cooking and baking. You could probably consider me a jack of all trades, master of none. I like a little bit of this and a little bit of that. I love a great cup of coffee, but a bad cup of coffee is better than no cup of coffee. I have a deep appreciation for cheese. Not sure how I would live without it.
