Here is a recipe for lacto-fermented blueberries which is loaded with health benefits AND tastes Amazing. You won’t have to bribe anyone in your household to eat this yummy treat!
One of the most wonderful things that we can give to our selves and our families is the gift of good health.
The problem is that it can be a really difficult task to know what to do, to be able to sift through the entire internet for the right information, what is good info, or what is simply the latest craze or fad…
And let’s face it, a lot of the “earthy crunchy” stuff that is good for you, quite frankly doesn’t taste that great. You eat it because you “should”…not really because it is enjoyable.
Just keeping it real with y’all, it can be exhausting…
Good News!
Fortunately, I have a SUPER simple recipe for you to try! It’s not complicated, it has very few ingredients which have been given a probiotic boost.
AND, it is DELICIOUS!!!!
So there is absolutely no stress here, just a yummy recipe to add to your repertoire in the pursuit of good health!
Enjoy! ~Shanna
