Easy Ranch Dressing and Veggie Dip

Just like most everyone, I love ranch dressing and veggie dip. But the list of ingredients on the store bought stuff is a bit scary. Here is my version of a homemade and easy ranch and veggie dip, which has become a tried and true favorite in our family. It is so delicious, you’ll never want to go back to the pre-bottled stuff at the grocery. Be sure to check out the video tutorial from our Youtube channel!

Easy Homemade Ranch Dressing

1/2 cup kefir
1/2 cup sour cream (or a whole cup if you do not have mayonnaise)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 scallions finely minced or a bunch of chives finely minced, whatever you have
1 Tablespoon dried parsley (or fresh if you have it)
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 and 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
Put all ingredients in bowl and whisk together. Serve with a fresh, crisp salad.

Easy Homemade Ranch Veggie Dip

1 pint sour cream
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 Tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt
Mix all ingredients together and serve right away with cut up veggies or chips.
